What should I wear to my appointment, and do I need to bring anything?
Depending on the services received, you will be provided with either a dressing gown or plush robe, slippers and towel. You will be offered a private area to change from your street clothing. You need only to arrive with the desire to be healed and pampered.
Do I need to completely disrobe for my appointment?
We want you to be comfortable and relaxed during your treatment, so you may disrobe as much as you are comfortable with. During any treatment, you will be properly draped and allowed as much privacy as you prefer.
Do I get food or drink while I am at my appointment?
Good health always begins with plenty of water and keeping your body hydrated. At any time, we will be happy to provide you with a bottle of water if requested. Certain treatments also include a nutritious snack bar. Additionally, we often serve healthy snacks in the waiting area.
What is your gratuity policy?
Our services rates listed do not include tax or gratuity. If you feel that you had an exceptional experience and would like to tip your service provider, feel free to do so, but it is not a requirement.
What is your cancellation policy?
We prefer to not have our patients wait longer than necessary, so we encourage you to be timely about arriving for your appointment so we can keep our daily schedule. We encourage you to give us as much advance notice as possible for a cancellation, but you will not be charged for canceling.
